The Role
About this role.
The Junior Salesforce Consultant supports the planning, configuration, testing, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for our clients.
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists to understand business requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and help ensure every implementation is clear, scalable, and built around the client’s actual needs.
What you’ll be doing.
- 01Support Salesforce configuration and implementation
- 02Gather and document business requirements
- 03Assist with workflows, reports, and dashboards
- 04Support testing and quality assurance
- 05Help with data cleanup and migration
- 06Prepare system documentation and user guides
- 07Communicate project updates across teams
- 08Support ongoing Salesforce improvements
